This goes beyond standard event photos, delivering bold, high-impact imagery that feels authentic, expressive, and quickly ready for social media, branding, and personal use. Ideal for ravers, creators, artists and anyone looking for professional visuals that truly stand out. What’s Included: -One 15-minute festival portrait session on the day / time slot you book. -Dedicated Posing/Creative Director (@jaydenator111 on Instagram) to provide modeling direction and poses, as well as, guide movement, expressions, and overall vibe. An invaluable resource whether you're new to posing and it's your first photoshoot or even if you're an experienced model! -Cinematic lighting, location/background selection, prop/wardrobe incorporation and creative direction from both photographer and posing director. -Full watermarked proof gallery for viewing and image selection -15 professionally edited, high-resolution images included -Client select their favorites for editing. *Clients maintain option to select the Extended Coverage / Additional Selects Add-On at checkout or purchase additional photos/edits at any time.* *Basic Photo Editing (Included)* All delivered images are professionally edited in Adobe Lightroom to achieve a clean, polished, and cinematic look while maintaining a natural, authentic feel. Cancellation Policy
Booking confirms agreement to the following Chopped Dubs Media policies: 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at booking to reserve your event, date, and time slot. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is processed. Slots are first-come, first-served and held exclusively once booked. 2. Time Slot & Arrival Clients are responsible for choosing a slot that fits their festival schedule; availability outside your slot is not guaranteed. Arrive at the meeting location at least 10 minutes early, ready to shoot. Late arrivals, no-shows, or delays due to traffic, entry lines, transportation, or poor planning are not valid grounds for refunds, reschedules, or extensions. Tip: arrive at the festival at least 1 hour early. 3. Rescheduling One (1) reschedule may be requested with 72+ hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests within 72 hours are not guaranteed and may be declined. All reschedules are reviewed case by case. 4. Emergencies For a genuine personal or medical emergency, Chopped Dubs Media may offer a transfer to a future event, subject to availability and at our discretion. 5. Cancellations Due to limited festival availability, all bookings are non-refundable once paid. A transfer to a future event may be offered for genuine emergencies, subject to availability. 6. Inclement Weather & Event Disruptions Sessions take place outdoors and are subject to weather and event conditions beyond our control. If severe weather, a temporary shutdown, or safety delays prevent your session, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule it for a later slot that day or another day of the event, subject to availability. If the organizer fully cancels the event or your session cannot be rescheduled within it, no refund will be issued, as Chopped Dubs Media does not receive refunds for event-related costs. Instead, you will receive a session credit for the full amount paid, transferable to a future Chopped Dubs Media event (Lost Lands 2027 preferred), subject to availability. 7. No-Shows Failing to arrive on time or attend without notice is a no-show and forfeits all payment, with no refund or reschedule. 8. Waitlist A waitlist is kept for sold-out dates; joining does not guarantee a slot. If one opens, waitlisted clients are contacted in order with a limited response window (typically 1–2 hours) to confirm and pay in full. Unpaid slots pass to the next client.
