This goes beyond standard event photos, delivering bold, high-impact imagery that feels authentic, expressive, and quickly ready for social media, branding, and personal use. Ideal for ravers, creators, artists and anyone looking for professional visuals that truly stand out. What’s Included: -One 15-minute festival portrait session on the day / time slot you book. -Dedicated Posing/Creative Director (@jaydenator111 on Instagram) to provide modeling direction and poses, as well as, guide movement, expressions, and overall vibe. An invaluable resource whether you're new to posing and it's your first photoshoot or even if you're an experienced model! -Cinematic lighting, location/background selection, prop/wardrobe incorporation and creative direction from both photographer and posing director. -Full watermarked proof gallery for viewing and image selection -15 professionally edited, high-resolution images included -Client select their favorites for editing. *Clients maintain option to select the Extended Coverage / Additional Selects Add-On at checkout or purchase additional photos/edits at any time.* *Basic Photo Editing (Included)* All delivered images are professionally edited in Adobe Lightroom to achieve a clean, polished, and cinematic look while maintaining a natural, authentic feel. Cancellation Policy
Booking confirms agreement to the following Chopped Dubs Media policies: 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your selected event, date, and time slot. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. All bookings are first-come, first-served, and time slots are held exclusively once booked. 2. Time Slot Selection & Arrival Clients are responsible for selecting a time slot that works with their festival schedule. Availability outside your original slot cannot be guaranteed. Clients must arrive at the designated meeting location at least 10 minutes early, ready for their session. Late arrivals, no-shows, or requests to push sessions due to traffic, entry lines, transportation delays, or poor time planning are not valid reasons for refunds, reschedules, or extensions. Tip: Arrive at the festival at least 1 hour early to ensure a smooth experience. 3. Rescheduling One (1) reschedule request may be made with 72+ hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 72 hours are not guaranteed and may be declined. All reschedules are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 4. Emergency Exceptions In the case of a genuine personal or medical emergency preventing attendance, Chopped Dubs Media may offer a transfer to a future event, subject to availability. This is granted at our discretion and requires honesty and transparency from the client. 5. Cancellation Policy Due to limited festival availability, all bookings are non-refundable once payment is submitted. Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Chopped Dubs Media may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to a future event if a genuine emergency occurs, subject to availability. 6. No-Shows Failure to arrive on time or attend without notice is considered a no-show and results in forfeiture of all payments, with no refund or reschedule. 7. Waitlist Policy A waitlist is maintained for fully booked dates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability. If a slot opens, waitlisted clients may be contacted in order and given a limited response window (typically 1–2 hours). To secure the slot, clients must confirm availability and pay in full within the stated window. If payment is not received, the slot will be offered to the next client. All waitlist bookings follow standard pricing and policies.
